There is no single universal treatment for piles. To get cure, the treatment varies & has to be planned depending on the stage of the hemorrhoid / piles:
Stage-1 – only bleeding – no swelling
Stage-2 – swelling protrudes out of anal opening but goes back itself after motions
Stage-3 – swelling protrudes out of anal opening and has to be pushed back inside after the motions as they donot go back on their own
Stage-4 – the protruded swelling permanently remains outside the anus no matter what you do.
